# Payment Gateway

> AlgoVoi's public payment gateway is the x402, MPP, AP2 and A2A entry point that routes, verifies and enforces compliance on every payment, across chains.

The Payment Gateway is the public entry point for the platform. Merchants and agents send payment-related requests here, and the gateway routes them through the rest of the system.

Settlement is wallet-to-wallet. AlgoVoi does not custody funds.
