# Compliance Engine

> AlgoVoi's compliance engine: non bypassable sanctions screening (OFSI, OFAC, EU), KYC identity gating and threat intelligence on every agentic payment.

The Compliance Engine runs sanctions screening, identity gating, and threat-intelligence checks on every payment. It is not optional and cannot be bypassed at the tenant level.
